Location: The hotel is located in the resort complex Chaika at 141 Boyan Bachvarov St., about 3 km south of the central part of the resort. Golden sands is about 3 km away. In about 400m from the hotel there is a bus stop.
Beach: Kabakum beach is 500 m away. The entrance to the sea is not so smooth.
Accommodation: The hotel building has 5 floors which are served by 1 elevator. It has a total of 28 rooms and 7 one-bedroom apartments. Renovations are carried out annually, with the last renovation in 2024 of the lobby.

DBL 2+1: Approximate area between 25-29 m2. The room has two single beds or one double bed, the extra bed is an ext.ndable armchair. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, telephone (for contact with reception and between rooms only), mini fridge, balcony, bathroom with shower or bath and hairdryer.
Maximum accommodation 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approximate area of 42 m2. The apartment consists of one bedroom and a living room with a large extendable sofa bed separated by a door. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone (for contact with reception and between rooms only), mini fridge, balcony, bathroom with shower or bath and hairdryer.
Maximum accommodation 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.

The hotel and its adjacent facilities are not suitable for disabled guests.
