The villa is located in the south-western park of the resort of Sunny Beach, only 20 minutes from the international airport of Burgas, about 150 meters from the Cocoa beach, about a kilometer from the center of the resort and 3 kilometers from the old town of Nessebar.
Accommodation: The five-storey villa has one elevator and offers accommodation in cozy and spacious double rooms, studios and one-bedroom apartments equipped with flat-screen Samsung TV, individual air conditioning, balcony overlooking the pool or parking, bathroom with shower and toilet. Apartments and studios do not have equipped kitchens.
DBL 2+0: Approx. area of 20 m². Double rooms have twin beds, bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool or parking area. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
STUDIO 2+0: Approx. area of 30 m2. The studios have two single beds, a bathroom and a terrace. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1/ 2+2 POOL: Approx. area of 50 m². The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with twin beds, a living room with an extendable double sofa bed, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
